Welcome Back!

As we usher in the 2012-2013 school year, I hope that the summer has provided each of you with an opportunity to rest and re-energize so that you may look forward to continued progress this coming school year.

To our newest students, families, and staff - I am delighted that you have chosen to join our Catholic Learning Community. And I am confident that you will soon come to appreciate why Halton Catholic is recognized across the province for being an exceptional school system, and a community that is rich in its commitment to love and to serve.

With a focus on Achieving, Believing, and Belonging, we will continue this year to provide the students entrusted to our care with the tools for realizing their academic potential, while also instilling in our students a life-long commitment to our faith, and to the community. We know that true community both requires and creates a sense of belonging, and it is this same sense of community - the healthy and vibrant partnerships we have built amongst schools, homes, and parishes - that has been instrumental to the ongoing success of our students.

I look forward to another great year, as we continue to work together to help our students to discover and to develop their God-given talents.
