On September 28, 2011, St. Joan of Arc Catholic Elementary School students, from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8, participated in National Terry Fox School Run Day by holding their 5th Terry Fox Run event.

This year, the school was honoured with a 5 Year Banner from the Terry Fox Foundation in celebration and commemoration of the compassion and caring the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Elementary School community has demonstrated over the past five years.

The St. Joan of Arc Catholic School community has raised an incredible $22,499 in support of cancer research over their past five Terry Fox Run events.
