The Concord Review and National Writing Board (US)

Within these pages, you can find many resources to aid your pursuit of academic excellence. Explore the Concord Review, a journal of history that is the only quarterly journal in the world to publish the academic work of secondary students. Submit history papers to The National Writing Board to be assessed against an independent academic expository writing standard endorsed by such colleges as Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and many more.

Butterfly 208 Visual Arts and Writing Contest

Every year, butterfly 208 receives hundreds of thoughtful and creative entries from young people across Canada. Jump Cuts - Young Filmmakers Contest - Sprockets Film Festival

Now in its fourth year, Jump Cuts: Young Filmmakers Showcase presents film and video works created for young people by young people. This special and always exciting event gathers the best in film and video by Ontario youth from grades three to twelve, highlighting their creativity, originality and unique vision. Canadian Literary Contests for Young Writers

The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (NYC and LA)

For over forty years, the American Musical and Dramatic Academy has been training artists for a career in the exciting world of performing arts.  In order to attend AMDA, you must arrange for an audition.  Toronto auditions are taking place on Saturday April 2nd.  If interested in arranging an audition, check out www.amda.edu for more information.
