On January 27, 2021, students and staff from St. Mark Catholic Elementary School sent a virtual thank you to frontline workers in our community.

Students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 submitted artwork created with their thank you messages to the essential workers in our community. Staff Paulo Faiazza and Jean Arnold then put together a video compilation of the beautiful artwork they received from students.

The video was sent to local essential services, including staff at Joseph Brant Hospital, emergency medical services, Police departments, Fire departments, long term care homes, local farms, grocery stores, pharmacies, waste management, water treatment plants, gas stations and convenience stores.

Kudos to the students and staff of St. Mark for sharing your gratitude and appreciation for the essential workers in our community. And thank you to the essential workers in Halton and beyond for all you do!
