On January 28th, Bell Let’s Talk Day, students from St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Secondary School released a short film titled Never Alone to raise awareness and spark the conversation around mental health.
The video was written and directed by students Jack Kukolic, Emma Pascu and Meghan Pask, and acted out by Jacob Medeiros, Adham Elkassaby, Gregory Campos-Hohn, Samantha Cox and Meghan Pask.
“Our goal with this film was to help make a difference and encourage daily conversation about mental health,” said Grade 11 student Emma Pascu.
“We wanted to show our viewers that they are never alone in their battles, and that there will always be people who care for them and support them.”
Thank you Jack, Emma & Meghan for encouraging conversation, raising awareness and creating positive change around mental health!
