Upcoming Travel for Credit Parent Information Evenings
 
 



The Halton Catholic District School Board's Thomas Merton Centre for Continuing Education​ will host two parent information sessions about its Travel for Credit Program on:

  • Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Secondary School (1550 Nottinghill Gate, Oakville).
  • Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Bishop P.F. Reding Catholic Secondary School (1120 Main Street East, Milton).

Both sessions will begin at 7:00 p.m.​ 

This educational program, offered in partnership with EduTravel​, provides students in Grades 9, 10, and 11 the unique opportunity to achieve compulsory credits, while experiencing the rich cultural heritage of world-class travel destinations!

The following programs are being offered during the 2015 school year:

  • Grade 10 Civics and Careers course during the summer from July 14 – July 28, 2015, in Ottawa, Montréal and New York City.
  • Grade 11 and 12 university credits in English through the innovative Spirit of America program, from July 6 — July 28, 2015, in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C.
  • New this year — Grade 12 Classical Civilizations or Grade 11 and 12 University English from July 5 — July 28, 2015 in Italy.
