Empty Bowls to Eliminate Hunger
 

WHAT:

On Thursday, November 30, 2017, Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School is pleased to host an upcoming event, 'Empty Bowls to Eliminate Hunger' to support the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul.

2420 Sixth Line, Oakville, ON  L6H 5Z8
 

WHY:

​​Mr. Galante, an Art Teacher at Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School, along with the Visual Arts department have handcrafted over 200 stoneware soup bowls for this event, with the creative support of grade 7 and 8 students from St. John and St. Michael Catholic Elementary Schools in Oakville.

Join us on November 30th!

Students, families, staff and members of the greater community are welcome to pick up their pre-purchased handcrafted bowls or disposable bowls and enjoy meals of soup and bread on November 30th. Dinner will take place from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

All proceeds of this event will support the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul through St. Michael Parish, in Oakville.
