Christmas Spirit is All Around in the Life Skills Class at Christ the King!

The Life Skills class at Christ the King Catholic Secondary School have been hard at work preparing for the Christmas season this year!

Life Skills students cut, sanded and drilled 200 ornaments which were painted and are being sold at the school. During this fall semester, students were also busy creating turkey spice rubs for the season, homemade gift tags, candles, and Christmas soaps, to name a few.

The items showcase the abilities of Life Skills students as they create, paint, mix, measure, stir, and sell items that they have crafted. All proceeds of these items help to support the events and activities that take place throughout the year in the Life Skills class.

A special thank you to Mr. Limoges in the Construction class and all of the Educational Assistants at Christ the King Catholic Secondary School for contributing to this successful initiative for the students in Room 101. Great work!
