Incredible Turnout at the Halton Skills Competition!

This year's Halton Skills Competition was an incredible turnout, offering students at the Halton Catholic School Board (HCDSB) with an opportunity to demonstrate their technological skills and talents in their chosen fields of study.

The Halton Skills Competition took place on March 28, 2018 at Georgetown District High School. Students from grades 4-12 prepared themselves for a day to represent their school and showcase their unique abilities in a friendly competition amongst peers.

Some of the events in the competition included: Automotive, Baking, Cabinetmaking, Construction, Digital Photography, Graphic Design, Hair Styling, Machining, Video Production, and Robotics, to name a few.

The Results Are In!

  • Elementary students who placed in the competition will be moving on to the Ontario Skills Competition, held on May 7, 2018. View the Elementary Results.
