St. Mark Construction Updates & New Student Registrations

The Halton Catholic District School Board is thrilled to announce that construction plans of the 5-classroom addition and new Child Care Centre are well underway at the St. Mark Catholic Elementary School site (2145 Upper Middle Road in Burlington).

The scheduled timeline for completion of the school addition is December, 2018, and the Child Care Centre is scheduled to be completed by the Spring of 2019.

As safety is always a priority, the perimeter of the school site has been entirely fenced to protect members of the community while construction is underway.

Construction Updates to the Community

1. Construction will continue to take place next week, August 27 through August 31, 2018, leading up to Labour Day on Monday, September 3, 2018.
2. For this reason, access to the school, classrooms, and portables will not be permitted until the first day of school on Tuesday, September 4, 2018.
3. The East Parking Lot will be closed to parents, visitors and staff until all construction is complete.
4. The West Parking Lot will be paved and accessible to parents, visitors and staff by Friday, August 31st.
