HT Grad Tania Ganassini Showing Off Her Cooking Skills on Season 7 of Top Chef Canada

If you can’t handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen!

Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary alumna, Tania Gannasini, will be cooking up delicious dishes on the 7th season of Canada’s most prestigious culinary competition – Top Chef Canada.

Tania began her journey in the culinary industry after discovering her passion for food during a 3-month long vacation in Europe. She followed that passion and is now a well-established chef, and the Co-Founder of Staff Meal Niagara,​ an organization that offers healthy meal options to professionals in the food industry.

“Staff Meal was born out of a shared experience between myself and my close friend and Co-Founder, Amanda Ali, when we were working together in a craft brewery in Niagara-on-the-Lake,” said Tania.

“Frustrated with the lack of health-focused eateries in the area, we saw health and nutrition gaps, and felt the community was undeserved in that regard. After chatting with friends, family and co-workers, we decided to help busy staff across all industries swap their soft drinks for smoothies and make healthy options available.”

Now, Tania will be competing against the best and brightest for her chance at the title of Canada’s Top Chef.
