Ontario Regulation 397/11, under the Green Energy Act, 2009, requires that all public agencies, including school boards, report their annual energy consumption and GHG emissions, as well as develop an Energy Conservation and Demand Management Plan. The Plan is available here as required by the regulation.
Ontario Regulation 102/94, under the Environmental Protection Act, 1999, requires school boards to conduct and report on annual waste audits at each school facility. The results of the audits and the accompanying Waste Reduction Work Plans are posted here as required by the regulation.
Ontario Regulation 243/07, under the Safe Water Drinking Act, 2002, requires school boards to annually test the drinking water at each facility where students under the age of 18 have access to water for drinking. The results from the testing is available here as required by the regulation.
