We are inviting applications for casual, on-call clerical opportunities. Daily/weekly hours are subject to change based on the needs of the Board.
To support Schools and the Catholic Education Centre Administration Office by providing clerical support for the efficient daily operation of the applicable school or department. This position provides assistance to staff and the general public as required.
Successful applicants will be required to assist throughout the Halton Region.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent working knowledge of computers (Microsoft Word/Windows and other appropriate software packages).
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum six (6) months clerical experience required. School Board experience is an asset.
