The Halton Catholic District School Board (HCDSB) maintains a strong financial position and we take great pride in being fiscally responsible and allocating resources efficiently and effectively to focus on our students.

However, resources are limited in terms of how they can be spent. This is also compounded by the fact that our Board receives the lowest amount of funding per pupil among all publicly funded school boards in Ontario.

In light of these challenges, our Board must make decisions on where to direct these limited resources. As part of our budgetary process, each year we consult with members of our community to gather feedback, to guide and inform the budget process.

Provide Your Feedback

We are currently reviewing our budget for the 2021-2022 school year and are seeking input from all stakeholders. HCDSB parents, students, staff, and members of our community are welcome to share their thoughts!

The survey will be open from March 9 until March 19, 2021.
